Stephanie Jane Carter is a writer and editor. Her work has appeared in the Washington Post, BBC Travel, Serious Eats, and the James Beard Foundation; and she has written two books, The Little Local New Orleans Cookbook and The A-Z Encyclopedia of Food Controversies and the Law. She also has over a decade of management experience. She is based in New Orleans.
