According to Garden & Gun: “One of the best books of August 2019,” it manages “to pack beautiful illustrations, historic food tidbits, and dozens of recipes for Southern classics…into a charming back-pocket-size format.” (Note: This book was written and the recipes were all tested in approximately three months.)
The A-Z Encyclopedia of Food Controversies and the Law (ABC-CLIO)
This two-volume set is a broad compendium of the law, policies, and legal influences that affect the food on our plates today. Co-authored with Liz Williams, founder of the Southern Food & Beverage Museum.
